gaming machines

There are lots of different game machines like an arcade, console , PC and phones which have different advantages and disadvantages.

arcade machines

You can normally find arcade machines in entertainment actives places e.g. laser tag or a amusement park arcade. one advantage of arcade machines are that they are in high quality and the buttons are easy to use and when you sit in the driving games the quality of the seat and the driving wheel have a very cool and luxurious with the props, with the screen quality. the disadvantages of arcade machines
is that the can get old and get broken and the arcade machine is has only one game that you can play on it. their is also require one pound to play on and the cost of a arcade machines is very expensive to buy about £200-£250 which isn't cheap at all.

mobile phone

Another game machine is an mobile phones which can be portable. The advantages of mobile phone are that you can choose form a wide range of game which most of time can be free and easy to get form app store. another advantage the phone is really light and you don't even need to upgrade the hardware of phone. depending on your phone storage you can download a unspecified amount of mobile game on and sometime the game can be played offline. the disadvantages of  mobile phone is that the games that require WiFi to play unless you use mobile data you can't some the online game like Pokemon go or other WiFi dependent games, also another problem can be the battery life while playing a game you can waste a lot of battery on it also sometime when trying to download mobile you can't do it because there is space left in your phone to download it. the price range of phone £50-£150

console 

Console is the main source of gaming that anyone play the are mainly three console brands Sony with the current PS4, Microsoft with the Xbox one and Nintendo with the 3DS and the Wii U  the advantages with these are that they have very high graphics which can play very well depending on you internet connection and you can choose from many games on your  console and they can be very fast to load because the previous generation only needed the disc or downloaded it from the market. The disadvantages of console with the newer generation you need to download the game file even thought you have the disc which would take a long time to download. Another disadvantage  is when the consoles go to the next generation they phased out the probably because it cost a lot to transfer the code to the console but also unless you have a lot of money then you cannot afford them.
The cost of console can go for £150 in second hand - £450 for normal prices.

PC

The last gaming machine I'll about is the PC which can all be different for how other PC are built e.g. one can just be a laptop one can be normal desktop with highly advanced gaming hardware and software with very high ram and storage there are many gaming hub where you can buy other games or for some play for free games. the advantage is that you can get a normal laptop and play all the games other people with more advanced hardware it just means that it won't have the exact quality that the gaming hardware have. Another advantage is that you can get a lot of games that have really good game play style and story the main store for indie game is steam which allows develop to put their content on the store page to get a good profit rather then rely on Microsoft Nintendo and Sony to sell their games which can allow fairer sales. The disadvantages is that some of the online games rely on your internet and if you have a very bad rooter which can make you lag frequently, but also when downloading games can take forever however it is normal for games that require lot of data to update or download everything to take forever but with that knowledge you can an average WiFi rooter take a certain amount time; a game which takes a lot of time for me is payday 2 and warframe with the bulk downloads. The cost of gaming PC can vary from different machine a gaming PC can just be normal laptop to very high quality modified PC excursively for gaming so then the price range can be £120-£1500.
